  There is a certain way we do business as Mighty Lion, and we want you to know about it. We find this way you can see if you like how we conduct our business and there isn’t anything coming out of left field.

  Here are a few of the majors:

  • We treat each client uniquely. You will hear this again and again. You are unique, and your company is unique. We don’t like a cookie-cutter approach. However, we do like cookies themselves.
  • We love communication. We don’t like to be exasperating, but time and experience has taught us that making a phone call to gain clarity can save hours of work and frustration on both ends.
  • We love to work in phases (or one step at a time). Often, it seems like there is so much to do, where do we start? When we assign a team to your project, we will take all necessary steps to make sure time-lines, milestones, and order of importance is set in place.
  • We keep work hours. We understand deadlines, and know that there are some things that just simply need to be done now. We make that the exception, not the rule. It is good to step back from the project and tackle it fresh in the morning or really let ideas marinate over the weekend. This saves time and mistakes in the long run.
  • We are versatile. We understand that things change. There are times when you need to navigate around something, and we can move with you. This is where communication is so important.
  • We will show you unfinished work. When any creative from our staff is in the middle of working, they may show you a direction they are heading. That can come in the form of a piece of tablet paper, a scanned in PDF or a quick glimpse at an unfinished website. Many think that is what they are getting. It isn’t. We just like to be on the same page so we don’t deliver you a result you don’t like.
